If you're a Microsoft 365 admin, you don't need to ask every employee to install Inbox Translate one by one. Centralized deployment pushes it to some or all of your users automatically — it shows up in their Outlook ribbon with nothing for them to do.
One admin approval instead of dozens of individual installs. Every team gets the same version, the same license tier, and IT keeps visibility over who has access — instead of shadow-IT installs nobody tracks.
Go to admin.microsoft.com → Settings → Integrated apps and click Upload custom apps.
Choose Office Add-in as the app type, then provide this manifest URL:
https://app.inboxtranslate.com/manifest.json
Assign to specific users, specific groups, or your entire organization. Rollout is typically visible in Outlook within a few hours (sometimes up to 24h due to Microsoft's own caching).
The first time someone opens Inbox Translate, they sign in with their Microsoft 365 work account (single sign-on, no separate password). Their subscription/license tier is managed centrally from your Inbox Translate admin dashboard.
Centralized deployment works with any plan, but multi-seat pricing makes more sense for teams than buying individual licenses. See pricing or email support@inboxtranslate.com if you're rolling this out to more than 10 people and want a quote.
