How to Export Translated Emails as PDF from Outlook

Once an email thread is translated, you often need it as a standalone document — for a case file, a compliance record, a client deliverable, or simply to forward to someone without Outlook access. Inbox Translate can export any translated thread directly as a PDF or HTML file.

Step by step

1. Open the email and translate it with Inbox Translate as usual.
2. Click Export in the Inbox Translate panel.
3. Choose PDF or HTML, and whether to include the original text alongside the translation.
4. The file downloads immediately — no third-party converter, no watermark.

Why keep both the original and the translation

For anything that might be reviewed later — a contract clause, a support ticket, a compliance record — having the source text and the translation side-by-side in the same document avoids disputes about what the original actually said. It's a one-click toggle in the export dialog.

PDF vs. HTML — which should you use?

• PDF — best for sharing, printing, or archiving as a fixed record.
• HTML — best if the recipient needs to copy text out, or you want it to render responsively.
